Meet the Agent
Jake Hintz
I’m Jake Hintz, founder of Hintz Insurance Agency. Since 2016, I’ve worked across several areas of the insurance industry, but nothing has matched the impact and fulfillment I’ve found in employee benefits. In 2021, I launched my own agency with the goal of helping business owners take care of their teams through personalized, easy-to-understand benefit solutions. What sets us apart is our one-on-one approach—we don’t just meet with the business owner, we sit down with each employee to ensure they truly understand and value the benefits they’re offered. I’m driven by integrity, the lasting relationships I continue to build, and the belief that doing things the right way matters. When I’m not working, I’m a husband, father of two, runner, mentor, Sunday school teacher, and avid Timberwolves and Vikings fan.
